Client
I need the full report on my desk by Friday morning, no exceptions.
Account Manager
Wait, Friday? That's less than half the time we originally agreed on.
Client
I understand, but our board meeting got moved up and I'm stuck.
Account Manager
I get that, but rushing this could seriously affect the quality of the final product.
Client
Honestly, I don't have much room to negotiate on the date itself.
Account Manager
What if we deliver a solid draft by Friday and the polished version by Monday?
Client
Hmm, that might actually work if the draft covers the key numbers.
Account Manager
It will, and we'll flag anything that still needs double-checking before the final version.
Client
Okay, but I'll need daily updates so I'm not caught off guard.
Account Manager
That's fair, we can send a quick summary every evening around five.
Client
Good, and please loop in your design team early this time.
Account Manager
Already on it, they're clearing their schedule for the rest of the week.
Client
I really appreciate you working with me on such short notice.
Account Manager
No problem, we'd rather find a workable compromise than miss the mark completely.
